I am writing this letter to express how deeply pleased we have been with your agent, Mark Massey.  For over a year Mark has worked with us to sell a condo and build a new home in the Outer Banks.  We had very difficult situation to deal with.  Mark helped us ever step of the way.  He went over and above for our behalf.  He is very professional and always kept us informed about everything.  Being out of town clients, (from Kent, Ohio) made all his help so great for us.
